Windows 10: Does Hyper V automatically turn off if I disable WSL 2?

Today I wanted my Virtualbox to do some work, but it throws some error:

Failed to open a session for the virtual machine Kali-Linux-2019.2-vbox-amd64.

Call to WHvSetupPartition failed: ERROR_SUCCESS (Last=0xc000000d/87) (VERR_NEM_VM_CREATE_FAILED).

Since it wasn't new to me, I thought either core-isolation or Hyper V got turned on in the new update. So, I went to the "Windows features" to turn off the Hyper V. But it wasn't there. Then I realised that, since I am using Ubuntu by WSL2, it turns on Hyper-V as per its need. So my question is,

Does Hyper V automatically turn off if I disable WSL 2?

Enabling Hyper-V after it has been disabled?

Hi, I was doing Android development on my Surface Pro 3. Use of the android emulators required hyper-v being turned off, so I turned it off. Now, I'm working on a UWP app, and use of the emulators requires hyper-v. I have enabled hyper-v in the "Turn Windows
features on/off" tool, so it's enabled there, but it doesn't seem to be enabled elsewhere, possibly the BIOS. Problem is, there is no option in the SP3 BIOS to enable hyper-v. Windows tells me in two places (task manager, turn Win features on/off) that hyper-v
is enabled. However, running the following script in powershell:

tells me that it is disabled. Visual Studio also tells me it is disabled.

Any suggestions on how to fix?

Hyper-V lets you run an operating system or computer system as a virtual machine on Windows. Before proceeding in disabling
Hyper-V, please create a backup of your files for security purposes.

To disable Hyper-V, please follow the steps below:

• On the Cortana search box, type Turn Windows Features on or off and press
  Enter.
• Look for the Hyper-V folder.
• Uncheck the tick-box next to the main Hyper-V folder and click
  OK.
• Restart your PC.

Cannot turn Hyper-V off on Windows 10

Hello,

I can't seem to be able to turn off Hyper-V on Windows 10 Pro. I have successfully turned it on but would now like to get rid of it now and no matter what I do, when the machine reboots the update is aborted and after a couple of automatic reboots, I logon
and Hyper-V is still there. Has anyone seen this? Any suggestions?

FYI: I have already tried turning it off via "Turn Windows features on or off", CMD, Powershell and on Safe Mode. All with the same result.
