Windows 10: Does Intel 4th generation support Windows 10?

If intel 4th gen i7-4770 doesn't support windows 10, what version of windows does it support?

Ronald, may I ask what processor and graphics adapter you have on your system? I would bet that it is a 4th or 5th generation processor as most people, like me, have 3rd or older generation which are not supported in 10. I don't know if the issue is with
Microsoft or Intel not supporting in 10. It's my guess that it is Intel who needs to supply drivers that support older generations of their processors and graphics which ran WiDi just fine in all OS prior to 10.

"New" 12th generation Intel Core i7-1255U not on "Windows 11 supported Intel processors" list

This seems like to prevents me from install Windows 11 22H2 patch 5017321 on my brand new Acer Aspire 5 Intel Core i7-1255U, that was OEM-preinstalled with Windows 11. After multiple attempt on Windows Update, no suggestion on new update appeared. Tried with "Windows Update Catalogue" but got a message that prevent install (Like: This installer not applicable for your device")

Note: I was able earlier via Windows Update to update earlier pacthes and drivers for this laptop but as mentioned above not the latest one.

Is the reason for my trouble the absent of "my "processor" in Windows 11 supported Intel processors list and will it be presented or newer on that list?

Strange, because "my" processor is has newer generation Intel Core i7 than what is on that list now.
