Does Intel support this driver for windows 10?

We really couldn't get a clear answer from Intel, other than they don't support ivybridge graphic adapter.

The reason when I was using 10 ( I am back to using 7sp1 & Linux mint 17.3), the graphic driver occasionally blinked, when booting up, restarting or opening up the start menu. It didn't matter what resolution I was using same thing happened. It didn't matter on the architecture either x86 (32 bit) or 64 bit. Same issue.

Based on the Hardware Ids there does not appear to be an updated driver available through Windows Update and if that is the case the driver would be an in-built driver such as "Intel(R) USB 3.0 eXtensible
host controller - 1.0 (microsoft)" driver.

Intel does not directly provide USB 3.0 drivers for Windows 10 but can you run the following utility from Intel and see if it lists any driver updates such as a chipset update:

Start Menu become dark. Normally, it is blue. When i scroll down at All App, the icon background and text color become black...

Hi, my problem is solved by turn off 3D feature in Intel HD Panel. ^.^

I think this problem is caused by Intel Graphics Driver does not support Window 10

 

What is the actual graphics card/chip? Is it the one from your Celeron chip?

Deaconfrost, there is the full processor information I got from system info. The driver information above came when I was doing a clean install of windows 7 sp1.

When you were running 10, did you allow the system to update the graphics driver through Windows Update?

 

I don't know what drivers you have, but Intel supports the Celeron G1620T's graphics controller under Windows 10:

Thank You bobkn, I will try those. Just hope windows 10 update doesn't fight them. There was a link to a newer version.

I will mark this thread solved for the moment & see if the drivers work, when I have to extra time to restore windows 10.
