Windows 10: Does it mean my GPU is damaged after receiving the blue screen error a couple times?

I have the surface laptop studio, its still pretty new only bought 5 months or so ago. When gaming recently, my laptop crashed and received the blue screen error four times. i am up to date with all windows updates and optional updates and the game meets the requirements of my laptop which is advertised to be able to run games. To combat this issue I downloaded the Geforce game ready nvidea driver and game still crashed. Is there a way to check my GPU health or to limit GPU from reaching 90%? i don't think it is reaching this percentage but i just want to be safe. Has the software or hardwa

  When exactly you have received this error? Yesterday after the windows update
  
• 
  Did you receive any code numbers or values along with this issue? Just got a blue screen that said "we're collecting information,we'll restart for you"

  Did you make any changes to the computer recently Just installed Office 2007 under compatibility mode
