    Ok, so this is the most aggravating "Support" experience I have ever had. Trying to contact the support team is tantamount to finding the Lost City of Atlantis. Everything in the carefully crafted support network is conditionally formatted for automation. If an issue that you are experiencing falls outside of that conditional formatting you are simply out of luck. I cannot express my frustration properly with this system and the lack of any care for customers/users of Microsoft products. The online support system is frustratingly circular in it's method, and the same goes for the 1-800 number

    B3 Phenom support

    I checked gigabyte's site on my GA-M57 and it didn't say anything about b3 stepping update, but all of the x3 chips are b3 steppings, so just use the x3 support bios if available.

    Cannot get support from Microsoft

    I cannot get any assistance from Microsoft in accessing my Windows Account. I have followed all suggestions by the robots, and created this second account, and tried getting an actual human online, but none of this works (no human ever turned up in the chat window).

    How do I get a real human to actually do something?
