    Does Microsoft Corporation really care about it's customer base?


    I have watched this rollout of Windows 11 with great amusement. The whole thing is based on a lie. A lie that Microsoft told everyone with the Windows 10 upgrade. That 10 would be good for as long as we used. and it isn't. Why? Because they decided making a new operating system would help everyone. Except for all of the current users who have PC's and laptops that do not have the 'magic wand seal of approval' from Microsoft. They say this new system is a must for future security needs. BS. You do not gain on the security front when you ace-out half of your user base. It goes the other way arou

    is microsoft really care about our suggestions or our opinions in the changes that present in windows 10? all users refuse the obligatory download of all windows updates, but microsoft insist not to change that stupid feature. also microsoft in windows
    10 deleted the option to stop onedrive synchronization on metered connection. why microsoft did these stupid ideas.

    Customer Care - or don't really care

    Do Customer Care actually exist or bother to respond to request.



    I sent an issue to the 2 weeks ago and the auto reply said 48 hours. I have sent two reminders and still nothing.



    They do not seem to care about customers once they have bought the phones.



    If customer care bother to read this then perhaps you might wish to indicate that you have and give me a direct email address where I can get through to someone who will actually answer the questions.

    Can i chat or call the microsoft customer care in india? A chat would be best.

    Before moving on i want to know whether i can ask questions freely to the answer desk or are their limitations ?

    I had a question which was really important and crucial for me but its a violation of Microsoft Community's Code Of Conduct

    Thus i am asking contact numbers for the customer care.Can i ask the question to the answer desk freely , its a very important matter and if i couldnt get help , i should probably sent my pc again to the computer centre which would cost me money.

    Please tell me the numbers to chat or call the customer care and whether there are limitations.
