Windows 10: Does Microsoft do any Year 10 work experience?, if so, where an I find out about it?

Hi,I was searching for work experience places and I instantly thought of Microsoft. I would love to under go my work experience at Microsoft, rather it seems the information I found was about internships instead. If possible, I am looking for a direct answer. Thanks for reading :
