Windows 10: Does Microsoft ever discount windows 11?

Currently using a unactivated copy of windows 11 pro. Doesn't bother me too much but the watermark can get annoying at times. I do want to legally purchase windows 11 pro eventually if they ever lower the price. I have seen many tech youtubers showing those websites with cheap keys for under $30 but im afarid that might not be legal but are they or are they not?

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
