  1. Does Microsoft have resources to investigate why Im being targeted?

Ive been getting multiple login attempts, password guesses, my YouTube got terminated, I was charged on discord for nitro. This has been going on for months! Now today my Steam has been somehow even with auth active they dont have codes I was offline so how did I send fake links to my friends? Like if Microsoft can help with this id be gratefull, Ive tried explaining to YouTube that I didnt do anything wrong but they denied my 20 to 30 appeals sadly without any reason they did say theyve sent it but i havent received it, probably deleted by who ever is doing this to me, Steam, Discord, Google,

    :)

  2. How do I uninstall Microsoft IME on Windows 11?

    Hi

    Welcome to Microsoft community.

In Windows 11, the process to uninstall or manage Input Method Editors (IMEs) like Microsoft IME is slightly different than in previous versions. Here are the steps to do it:

    1. Click on the 'Start' button and select 'Settings'.
    2. In the 'Settings' window, select 'Time & Language'.
    3. Then, select 'Typing' from the sidebar menu.
    4. Under the 'Advanced Keyboard Settings' section, click on 'Input method' to view the installed IMEs.
    5. Find 'Microsoft IME' in the list and click on the three dots (...) next to it.
    6. Click 'Remove'.
Please note that uninstalling an IME might affect your ability to input text in the corresponding language. If you want to continue typing in Japanese but prefer a different IME, you might need to install a third-party Japanese IME before uninstalling Microsoft IME.

If these steps do not resolve your issue, or if you're unable to remove Microsoft IME through these settings, it might be a more complex issue that would require further troubleshooting.

  3. Is Resource Monitor a Trojan Horse?

Resource Monitor has no history of this. From what you described it sounded more like a Norton issue to me. I've had enough experience over ten years daily in forums to know that Norton is always the first suspect when it's mentioned and therefore it was
the first suggestion I made here based on your entire description.

A shotgun approach tries a bunch of things hoping something will work. This is targeted at Norton which is always the prime suspect, and not shotgun at all. If it doesn't help then I'll have other steps but one step does not a shotgun make.
