Modern wireless headset does not work with USB link

I have a modern Wireless headset that does not work with USB link for teams calls. Its directly connected to Bluetooth and is working fine.

The issue started first by The wireless headset stopped working while on call until the USBlink is reconnected or changed to speaker and then to USB link. Now it does not work on Windows at all. My experience with the headphone was never smooth. Sometimes the Noice cancellation does not work and it boosts the noise around you.

Following steps were already performed :

Cleared teams cache

factory reset the headphone

Also, It is just 6 months old and how can I get warranty support for the product.

 

Microsoft Modern Wireless Headset sleep mode

After a few hours of not being used, the Microsoft Modern Wireless Headset goes to sleep.

Thus when I answer a call it is no good, need to power the headset off then back on for it to wake up and re-establish a connection to the Microsoft USB Link dongle that came with it, I'm not using it in BT mode.

How do I prevent the Microsoft Modern Wireless Headset from going to sleep?
