    Does mircosoft store allow the develop to publish a public extension?


    We have upload an app to the ms-store, and now we want to upload an common component to the store so the apps can access and use it.As we have seen the extensions in store like HEVC extension or AV1 extension. they all have the permission to be accessed by other apps.And the pic below shows the HEVC extension permission:but when we upload an app, the file permission will be limited to only allowed by current app:The question is: How can we create an app to get full permission like other extensions or this kind of extensions could only pulished by ms officially ?
