    Does my colleague need these upgrades?


    The manager of our marketing department has had his request for PC parts approved, I don't know much about PC specs, but to me it kind of seems like they've asked for way more than they need. Maybe I'm wrong, can someone enlighten me please?He uses Photoshop 2020, Illustrator 2020, Movavi video editor, and Publisher, to create still image ads/posters/etc. Self-taught amateur doing basic projects none of the PS or IL work would have more that 2 or 3 layers, if that helps.The specs of his PC as it is from windows task manager - I'm sorry, if this is too much/too little info:AMD Athlon 11 x3

    Video card or RAM need upgrading?

    Memtest: no errors after 10 hrs.
    I'm going to perform the Primetest, later on. Get back to you on that.
    I'm going to take it step by step, guys. I need to find the problem with this current computer. I might have to upgrade some components, so that it is still runnable. As for the new one, yes....i will build on it later. I need to find something decent 'gaming experience', all suggestions appreciated. THanks.

    No more touchpad for my laptop since upgrading to Windows 10

    Hi Derek,

    I would suggest the following steps :

    • Press Windows + X
    • Click on Device Manager
    • Right click on TouchPad drivers in the list.
    • Choose Upgrade Drivers
    • Reboot computer

    Check if this helped to fix the issue.
