Windows 10: does my intel celeron really support 32gb ram?

according to Intel® Celeron® Processor 1017U 2M Cache, 1.60 GHz Product Specifications

my cpu supports 32gb ram.

Just wanted to ask, because with most other models of the celeron it only supports up to 8gb ram.

And so if i put like two 16gb ddr3 ram it would read it as ram?

Actually I want to replace my ASUS P8Z77-V Deluxe motherboard with something more compact motherboard so that it can be carried anywhere with 32GB RAM Support
