Windows 10: Does one drive have a number I can contact to get support

While at work I tried to move a file from one area to my OneDrive account. Multiple versions were created which I deleted and in the process, the original file got deleted. I tried to recover the file from the original folder but it's like it never existed in the first place. The file then showed it was listed in my one drive before it got removed but it also isn't in the recycle bin. I have no clue if the file is even recoverable now

Contact names in contact list

I have a list of contacts in my outlook.live account that are listed in numerical order by office number, e.g. “101 Larry” “Smith” is the first and last name for Larry Smith in office 101. This method has always resulted in a perfectly numerically ordered contact list, until recently. Now, when I add Larry to my contact list, Outlook only shows Larry’s email address, no name, no office number.

Any help / suggestions would be so greatly appreciated. I’ve tried using customer support before, not looking forward to that ordeal again.

 

Multiple Mobile Number Support in Contacts / Peoples

I have several contacts that have a personal number as well as business/company mobile number, its seems as if WP7 doesnt support contacts/people with mutiple mobile numbers....



...is anyone else having this issues?



note: i have a gmail account and use exchange to sync the contacts.

 

Is that possible to add two mobile number to one contact?

• Go to a contact you want to add a number to or on a new contact you just need to repeat step two.
• Touch (+) Phone
• Enter number in the screen
• Select location
• Click check mark at the bottom of the screen
• Click the Disk Drive image at the bottom to save the change (this is an easy step to miss and probably where a lot of the confusion comes from)

This should complete the process
