Windows 10: Does option to copy existing albums to folders takes additional space windows 11 photos...

I have several albums with a lot of pictures in the old photos app currently photos legacy app. I have an option to copy existing albums to folders, but I need to know if it will take space duplicate and literally copy or move the photos in folders?

I understand that you want to move the folder of photos to an existing Photo album.

• Find the Album Folder which is set in Photo App.
• Copy the folder which needs to be moved to existing album.
• Open the Album folder and paste the files.
• Open the Photo App and check if those files appear in the App.

photo app - How can I do a slideshow in an album? I only see the slideshow option outside of albums.

  Go to any three options “Collection”, “Albums” and “Folders”.

The other system pictures to be displayed, added or removed in an album, you need to add the folder path in the
Photos app settings.



Follow the steps below to add the folder path in Photos app and check if the issue is resolved.

  Open Photo app and click on
  Settings or the gear icon located at the left side panel of the window.
  
• 
  Under Sources, click on Add a folder and select the folder from the
  File explorer window.
  
• 
  Click on Album from the left side panel of the window and check if you are able to add or remove pictures to an existing album.
