I assume other printers share the same strange behavior. My printer suddenly print landscape for following settingsefaultCustomizedAutomaticProblem is forDFall printers in my location.Intermittent because above settings start to work againNot according to printer profile I found temporary fix is changing to manual orientation; why is the problem intermittent? It is difficult to stop printing after first page did not come up correctly. Environmentally speaking, this is causing much paper to recycle. I suggest you to run the Printer Troubleshooter and check if it helps.

• In Search window type Troubleshooting and click on it to open it.
• Click on Hardware and Sound.
• Then click on Printer to run the troubleshooter. Follow onscreen steps.

To be sure that you followed my suggestion correctly, I will specify some steps:
CP>devices and printers>add a printer>the printer that I want isn't listed>add a local printer with manual settings>define port>Windows update and install
