Windows 10: Does reinstalling windows fixes .net framework and visual c++ problems?

I was having a problem with error code 0xc000007b. After contacting the support team, they asked me to reinstall the windows. Currently it is being installed.I have heard online that the error in most cases comes from corrupted .Net framework, Microsoft Visual c++, DirectX, etc.Does reinstalling windows fixes .net framework and visual c++ problems?

I just install windows 10 to my laptop, do i need to install all NET Framework and M Visual C++ or it automatically installed when u install the window?

.NET Framework is part of Windows, occasionally an application may install extra bits or version required or they will be downloaded from MS.

Pretty much the same with MS Visual C++, the version required will be installed by the application or downloaded from MS.

 

reinstalling .net framework 4.6.1

I was trying to fix a computer problem and my .net framework was broken or something I don't know what exactly however I uninstalled all the .net frameworks I had in my programs list and tried to reinstall it said .net framework 4.6.1 or later is already
installed but when I look in programs list it is not there I did install SDK and got the 4.6.1 SDK and targeting pack but just cannot install the non SDK version.

does anyone know how to fix this. Also I am on windows 10 and before I unistalled framework I did see all the frameworks listed in my programs list so I cannot get the non sdk back only the sdk version
