Windows 10: Does resetting my pc and formatting everything prevents the hacker to hack to my accounts...

I’ve been hacked last week and when I knew I changed all of my passwords on my email and Instagram and everything I have but today a hacker sent me an email on all of the accounts I used and all the passwords that I used before and a screenshot of my previous desktop layout last week I did reset my pc and formatted everything so my question now is can he still access my accounts and my pc because he’s threatening me to pay by Bitcoin and i don’t know what to do I don’t know if I’m safe after resetting my pc or still not

Account is hacked and locked for 30 days but hackers have just added another email.

My main microsoft account was hacked on Thursday. I was locked out and couldnt change the password, something to do with 2 step verification. I have had to create a new account so i can post on here

I spoke to Microsoft who then did something to the account preventing me and the hacker accessing the account for 30 days.

But about 20 mins ago i got an email from Microsoft saying that security info was added to the account. This is a 2nd email from the hacker that has been added even though i was told nobody would be able to access the account.

Can anybody help. I cant reset the password etc, how are they still accessing the account?

Account Hacked

Hello, my account got hacked and I managed to change my email back to my email and not the hackers. I am trying to enable 2 step verification, but it says i need a security code and i cant until 6/29 because i updated my security info from the hackers. How do i enable it? I do not want them to get back into my account.

How do I find out if my computer has hackers using it? Also how do I rid my pc of hackers and prevent them from hacking my pc again? How much does it cost?
