Windows 10: does rundll32 contain any "personal" info

So, while scrolling through my task manager recently, I noticed multiple times that rundll32 is running in background, so I downloaded Process Explorer to get more info about it, and since I was curious if it was a virus or no, there was a button in Process Explorer: "Check with virustotal.com" so I clicked it, and it is apparently not a virus, but I agreed to VirusTotal ToS and it says that they collect file data or something like that I'm not really sure because who actually reads ToS I just read that short sentence. Process Explorer says that it generates a hash of a file and sends it to

What is the Container folder and why is it missing?

They have 5 steps listed? Can you not get the files they mention in step 5? I can't tell if Containers is the name of a Windows file or just an internal reference or what.

 

GPUz Incorrect Info GF117

I've got the GT620M in a Zenbook and the newest version of GPUz has it listed as a 40nm part whereas all other info on the web suggests its 28nm. Can you investigate, W1z?
