Windows 10: does the Inspiron 15 3000 utilize windows ink, and will a broonel stylus work with it in...

I bought the inspiron 15 3000 because of the touch screen because I wanted to be able to use my photoshop CC14 program to paint and draw directly on the screen. come to find out I have to have a specific kind of stylus... so I bought a Broonel fine point digital active stylus because it was supposed to work with this SPECIFIC machine. Only to find it not working in photoshop which requires a Windows Ink compatible pen? What am I doing wrong? I really want to draw in photoshop on this machine please, with a fine point pen tool

Does anyone why my broonel stylus is not working for my dell inspiron 15 5570? just got the stylus and it worked on my samsung and motorolla smart phones but the laptop it was meant for is not responding. I used my finger and the touchscreen responded
to my writing on the laptop but the stylus would not work. any ideas?

Bamboo ink stylus wont connect to Dell inspiron 13.7352

I scoured the internet to find a stylus that will work with my Dell Inspiron 13.7352 Intel core i7. The Bamboo ink stylus seemed to fit the bill. However, I can't get the nib to work on the screen and I am becoming increasingly frustrated. I have always loved Dell products and have been brand loyal since my first laptop back in 2009. It shouldn't be this hard-to-find compatible accessories to utilize all the features their products offer. I have tried very simple stylus's in the past which also did not work and have now purchased this "fancy" stylus in the hopes in would work. This whole process has seemed like one marketing scam after another.
