Windows 10: Does the latest Windows 10 ISO include all the cumulative updates?

I have a Windows 10 1909 ISO from December. If I download the 1909 ISO today, will it include all the cumulative updates since December?

Download Windows 10 TH/RS

Yes, all esd files in the op are actual rtm, permanent direct links.
Just download the latest esd and use dism++ to convert it to iso, no worries decrypted esd is identical to iso.

@Caring1 lol, I bet MS will release another Cumulative Update Next Tuesday *Roll :roll:

 

Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3156387) will not install

Anyone else having problems getting the Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3156387) installed? This update has been failing for me & doing a failed to update after downloading & reboot, then rebooting & removing the update.

V 10.0 build 10240
