Windows 10: does this look right ? 5000 in 15 day of same thing

Step 1:

I would suggest you to uninstall the drivers and follow the steps.

• Press Windows + X key on the keyboard.
• Go to device manager.
• Right-click on your device and click uninstall.
  
• Follow the onscreen instructions.

After you've finished Step 1, plug in the webcam. It would automatically look for the drivers to install. If it doesn't;t work then download the drivers from the link below and run them in compatible mode

Steps to run programs in compatible mode.

• Right click on the setup file of the driver and select “properties”.
• Select “Compatibility” Tab.
• Place a check mark next to “Run this program in Compatibility mode” and select the operating system(7/8) from the drop down list.
  
• Let the driver install and then check the functionality.
• Restart your computer.

Dell Inspiron 15 5000 One Problem Solved, Another Rises

Last week, I did a reset on my Dell Inspiron 15 5000 because I hit the Blue Screen Of Death, which lasted 4.5 days. On Sunday the reset completed and I was navigated to a panel that asked if I want to continue to enter Windows 10 or Power Off. I selected
the "Enter Windows 10" option and it took me to the Dell start up screen(which is just the logo screen), I waited a while for it to start up, but what happened was it would freeze up at the Dell screen with no loading icon and after 30 seconds-1 minute, it
would shut itself down for a second then repeat the same thing. I don't know if this is some glitch but it's been 2.5 days since and I still haven't gotten into my laptop. Suggestions anyone or is this just apart of the process???
