Windows 10: Does Win10 display small embedded art thumbnails for mp3 files?

For some reason the embedded art only appears with these views:
Extra large icons
Large icons
Medium icons
Tiles
Content

With the other views, a small icon of the default player is displayed. Is it possible for explorer to display small embedded art fot these other views?

If You could transfer the songs directly from Zune you would have the same result.

As I said in the link that is referenced "PC libraries for music, iTunes, Xbox, windows media player, zune all make you think you have album art " and reality you do not. Windows Media player and Zune will download album art as a jpg and associate the jpg
with a song and display it as the album art. It is not embedded in the mp3. When you transfer this to the phone you have no album art. The album artwork link provided explained this and just said "There is other software out there that will embed artwork
a song or folder at a time." So why won't it work in your case?

For album art to be displayed on the Phone the art has to be embedded in the mp3 tag,

In explorer go to one of your music folders that contains songs on the PC and select view(at the top), content. You will see the songs that have embeded art. The art will show in the thumbnail if it is there.

Look at the songs on the PC that do not display album art on the phone, nothing in view, content.

 

Nokia Lumia 530 - problem with music album covers

Album art displayed on the phone does not come from a folder,png file in the album folder. You would get the same result in Windows Media Player.

Album art comes from album art as a jpg embeded on the mp3 tag of the individual music mp3 file.
