Windows 10: Does windows 10 support 21:9 aspect ratio? 3440 x 1440

I want to buy a new monitor and I don't know is the windows 10 support 3440 x 1440

3840 x2160 resolution but no 3440 x 1440

The aspect ratio ('dimensions') of your monitor [3440 x 1440 = 2.39] is different from the aspect ratio of the signal that your graphics card can send [3840 x2160 = 1.78]. As a result, the image on your monitor will be letter-boxed (black bars on the top and bottom) or pillar-boxed (black bars on the side). This can't be helped because the dimensions of the two are different.

You can make the image fill the screen, but that means either squeezing or stretching the image to make it fit.

 

Windows 10 upgrade gives 'Input not supported' error message

Since I kept getting "INPUT NOT SUPPORTED" floating on monitor screen after installing update to Windows 10 version 1709 (Fall Creator), I had to change my graphics settings from high definition (16:9 ratio) to 4:3 resolutions such as 800 x 600. 800 divided
by 600 = 1.333 (4:3 aspect ratio) . 16:9 ratio is 1.777

• 4:3 aspect ratio resolutions: 640×480, 800×600, 960×720, 1024×768, 1280×960, 1400×1050, 1440×1080 , 1600×1200, 1856×1392, 1920×1440, and 2048×1536.
• 16:9 aspect ratio resolutions: 1024×576, 1152×648, 1280×720, 1366×768, 1600×900, 1920×1080, 2560×1440 and 3840×2160

After changing the graphics settings "INTEL Graphics Settings" in Control Panel, the update install was successful. My computer uses the INTEL HD Graphics 630 in a HP Desktop 720-p014.
