Windows 10: Does "Windows 11 Home Single Language" edition not support language bar?

In Settings - Time & Language - Language and Region I see this:I have alrady installed Japanese basic typing. But even after restarting the computer, I don't see the Japanese keyboard in bottom-right corner of the computer.Can somebody help?Thanks

Are Home Single Language and Home edition the same in Windows 11?

If you upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11, you will end up with the exact same edition (Home, Home Single Language, Pro...etc.) as you previously had in Windows 10.

The Home single language version of Windows 10 or 11 will not allow you to change the User Interface language in Windows, in the Home edition, you can change that language.

If you have a Home Single Language version of Windows, you cannot install the Home version, because the licence key will not activate that version.

I downloaded the Win10 Home single language ISO for a clean install on a new build PC and skipped the activation step during install. Now I need to activate. If I purchase a copy of Windows 10 Home in store or digitally, will I be able to use the product key in my current install without need to re-install?

I tried to phone MS support about this and they were utterly useless!
