Windows 10: Does Windows Diagnositc Memory Check Have Secret Functions

Hi, my EVGA FTW GTX 1080 card failed and caused multiple looping BSODs stating video scheduler error nvlddmkm.sys failure. I did a fresh install on windows 10, removed all drivers and re-installed. Re-seated the card, changed pcie slots, opened the card and reapplied thermal paste and still couldn't fix the problem. I thought the card was the problem because running windows with integrated graphics runs fine without problems. Also the card was causing crazy glitched colorful spots on the boot screen and even corrupted my previous windows install causing me to do a fresh install. I ended up boo
