Windows 10: Does Windows have to be ctivated on a computer in order to run support apps for camera and...

I have been able to install door access software on a Windows 10 enterprise compute that doesn't have an active Windows license without failure. My concern is, in future will none activation for the OS cause problems for the door access software in some way? Should I order a new product key for my computer to bypass any potential issues?

download Windows camera app

Success in resetting Store; that produced a download of the Windows camera, despite seeing error message again, download proceeded. Screen shows MS app for Windows camera and indicates downloaded. (Camera now listed in app list.) But when Launch was selected,
no action after screen with camera icon. Eventually message appeared " something went wrong: here is message code if needed: 0x400F4271>MediaCaptureFailedEvent>0xC00D3704. We seem to be moving ahead a step at a time. Next suggestion?

 

Camera app not working

If you have the same issue with the Camera app installed on your computer, may we know if you've already tried the suggested steps provided on this thread, such as running the
Windows App troubleshooter and
uninstalling the app? If you haven't done it yet, you may also try the steps that are included in the
support article suggested above.

• What all the steps have you tried to resolve the issue?
• Are you referring to camera pp or external camera?

As per the screens hot you have provided I see it is camera app, if you facing issue with camera app, then
I suggest you to download and run the app troubleshooter from the following link and check.

Run the app troubleshooter.
