  1. Does windows native support for zip include reassembling 001 files?

Since 22h2, windows now has native support for extracting 7zip files. Does this also include reassembling multi-volume 7z archives?Testing it myself leads to "Choose an app" prompt, which is leading me to no. Am I missing something or doing something wrong?

Is Windows 10 Enterprise capable of decompressing and reassembling multi-part Zip files without 3rd party software, and if so, how does one do this?

Just made a multipart zip here in my Enterprise, the windows.iso.zip.001 thru 005 & windows wont natively open it. It asks what to do with .001 files Does windows native support for zip include reassembling 001 files? :) Offers to search the store, which has some apps for zip files, but I've never tried a store .zip
    app so cant recommend one.

I always install 7-zip for the rar and other various zips the first time I need it - then its available on the right click context menu. 7-Zip

Unlocked Realtek HD Audio Drivers Windows 7 & 8 (With Dolby Digital Live and DTS Interactive)

DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .

Is Windows 10 Enterprise capable of decompressing and reassembling multi-part Zip files without 3rd party software, and if so, how does one do this?

Can Windows 10 natively decompress/reassemble multi-part zip files, and if so, how this is accomplished?

If we absolutely need to acquire 3rd party software to do this, I'd be glad to see recommendations.

It is painfully difficult and time consuming to acquire software for our enterprise computers, even if it is free. So if this can be done by Windows, that would be great.

    Thanks in advance!
