Windows 10: Does Windows server 2019 core only OS have Windows Performance Adapter service installed?

Is Windows Performance Adapter service a part of only GUI Windows installations or can it be found in Windows Server 2019 Core only OS as well? Alternatively, are there certain Windows Server OS versions where WMI Performance Adapter service is not present?

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

Last year at Ignite, we announced Office 2019 – the next perpetual version of Office that includes apps (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and Skype for Business) and servers (including Exchange, SharePoint, and Skype for Business). Today we’re pleased to share the following updates:

• Office 2019 will ship in H2 of 2018. Previews of the new apps and servers will start shipping in the second quarter of 2018.
• Office 2019 apps will be supported on:
  • Any supported Windows 10 SAC release
  • Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2018
  • The next LTSC release of Windows Server
• The Office 2019 client apps will be released with Click-to-Run installation technology only. We will not provide MSI as a deployment methodology for Office 2019 clients. We will continue to provide MSI for Office Server products.

 

Installing Windows 7 on a Server?

At work, they have a small network of office computers...about 12 PCs total. They have 1 server which has some important files, and it has Windows Server 2003 on it. I'm not sure what happened, but the computer became infested with some spyware/malware and they decided to disconnect it from the internet, and just leave it connected to the office network so that they can access the files on it.

We want to use an online backup service for some of the files but it requires that the server is connected to the internet. Before we go ahead and reconnect it, we want a clean installation of the OS. I've never worked with a server before, so can I just install Windows 7 on it? Or does it need one of those server OS's?
