lumia 735 view streaming video in IE

The lumia 735 spec page lists the video support as:

    Video playback codecs: H.263, H.264/AVC, MPEG-4, VC-1, Windows video

[*]Video streaming: YouTube browsing and video streaming, Streaming from video services and internet, Progressive video download

I would like to stream video embedded in a web page with Mime Type: video/mp4;codecs=avc1.4d401f",

    and it's not working.

Is it supported ? If so, how can I get it to play on the IE web page ?

youtube video is not streaming on E71

i think i read it somewhere else on this forum or googled it or something.

its something with the e71, either e71 already have the plugin for desktop version to stream youtube OR e71 doesn't have the plugin to stream on youtube cellphone version.. either case.. i watch videos all the time on the regular youtube, w/full screen mode,
    its pretty decent.

but i still havent figured out how to work realplayer though..all iknow is that it plays w.e videos my ipod plays.
