Windows 10: Doesn't allow me to save files in c drive

Recently I got a computer and had an nvme drive installed. There were oddaties, I had one big file which I preferred if it didn't change it's location so they had to split drives and so on and so forths anyways I'm trying to save a file in c but I'm getting a prompt saying "you don't have permission to save in this location. Contact administrator to obtain permission". I'm considering deleting the two other users named system and administrators (which btw don't seem to show on the normal menu), is it safe and if not what should I do? And yes, I'm the admin (too) and other accounts don't seem to show in control panel > user accounts

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Cannot save an excel file to any location on C:

It sounds like you have Ransomware Protection turned on in Windows Security. You can check to see if it has recently blocked your Excel. See Option One in this tutorial, at Step 5 click 'Recently blocked apps'. If Excel appears there, add it to the list of allowed apps.

Hi Trich

Are you trying to save a file into the root of your C Drive?

If so, Windows 10 does not allow/like us saving files to the C Drive, that is blocked to stop ransomware attacks and other malware, create a new folder on your C Drive and then try saving a file into that folder
