Windows 10: Doesn't "your phone companion" works?

Hi everyone. I just wanted to use the app your phone companion to transfer quickly photoes from smartphone to pc. I connected everything, I gave the permissions it needed but when I tap "Photo" nothing appears. I try to refresh but it says that phone and pc ar not connected and I have to connect them to the same Wifi ( but they are connected to the same Wifi).
I really don't understand. Is something I forgot to do?

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Hi,

I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the Phone companion app and check if you are facing the issue

To uninstall the phone companion app please follow the steps below:

• 
  Type phone companion in the
  search box.
  
• 
  Right click on
  phone companion and click on uninstall.
  

Once it is uninstalled, you can reinstall it from windows store.

Microphone doesn`t work

My microphone and ear-phone doesn`t work. Please help me, I have windows 7 home basic, my computer reproduces a sound, but devices no.
