    Dolby Access App - We're currently experiencing difficulty connecting to the Microsoft Store.


    I've downloaded the Dolby Access App and under Product > Headphones and Settings, I've received the message "We're currently experiencing difficulty connecting to the Microsoft Store. Some functionality may be temporarily disabled." I can proceed with Products > Home Theater without any issues, but just the Headphones and Settings show me the message.


    I've uninstalled/reinstalled a dozen times. All my drivers are up to date. I have Dolby Atmos headphones with up to date software/firmware. I've tried signing into different Microsoft Accounts. How can I get Dolby Access to work?

    I see what you mean about the password but i think its a backward step to compromise my Microsoft password to to use the app store

    couldn't download dolby access from Microsoft store

    I am unable to download dolby access app from microsoft store not only dolby access for any app it is showing some error.

    I have reset the app and again i tried to download but no use it is showing the same error.

    please help me with this...
