Discus and support Dolby Access asking for payment again in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; Yesterday, I bought Dolby access app from Microsoft Store But Today it's asking for payment again.     Dolby Access asking for payment again


    Yesterday, I bought Dolby access app from Microsoft Store But Today it's asking for payment again. I tried restarting my laptop,Uninstalled and Installed again but the problem persists. I have only one Microsoft account

    Dolby Access is free, but Dolby Atmos isn't.

    How much does Dolby Access cost?

    You can download Dolby Access from the Windows Store and Xbox Store for free.

    Irrespective of that, if you have installed a trial it would just charge your payment method like credit card after the trial.

    Cant Pay for Dolby Access License

    Im trying to pay for Dolby Access License fee which not accepting my payment method. Its asking for a US based card. rather Im using Microsoft from Bangladesh, region selected is also Bangladesh but when ever I try to open the Store app it turns into USA
    store and declines my card. why is that?

    dolby atmos via dolby access in Canada

    Got dolby access. No problem. Trying to purchase Atmos, but, system insists I'm in the States and won't let me past the address section until I tell it what state I'm in. Canada has provinces, and obviously my payment will fail if I choose a state to try
    and bypass the roadblock.
