Windows 10: Dolby Access - Can't buy it because of error on step adding profile address

Hi, recently I downloaded Dolby Access, tried it in trial mode and planned to buy. When going though steps of purchasing I was asked to create profile address, but when I fill address form I tried many correct places I get always the same error "Check your address. There appears to be an error in it." I trying to fill Ukraine address. Could there be any restrictions?I tried to reinstall Dolby Access, tried to buy from my work notebook with my private microsoft account.The same result in https://account.microsoft.com/billing/addresses w

How much does Dolby Access cost?

You can download Dolby Access from the Windows Store and Xbox Store for free.

Irrespective of that, if you have installed a trial it would just charge your payment method like credit card after the trial.

Error in trying to download Dolby Access

Hi Lucas,

The Dolby Access app requires a Windows 10 version 15063.0 or higher, and a
x86 architecture. Incompatibility might be one of the reasons why you can't download the app.

Having that said, can you tell us the Windows 10 build and version you're currently on? You may check it by following these steps:

• Press the Windows + R keys from the keyboard to launch the
  Run dialog window.
  
• Type winver, then press the Enter key. You may then see the Windows 10 version and build you're in.
