Windows 10: Dolby Access preinstalled to my tuf laptop

My new laptop ASUS TUF Gaming A15 came with Dolby Access preinstalled, but when I reinstalled my OS due to problems. I only got the 7-day free trial and not the full version of it. How can I fix this?
