  1. Dolby Access problem

Hi friends.I ran into a trivial problem regarding the setup of the headphones. When I connect Bluetooth or wired headphones to the SP 11, I need to adjust the equalizer in Dolby Access - in the Dolby Athmos tab, for example, to remove excess bass, emphasize the midrange, etc. Once adjusted, the headphones sound great.But... as soon as I finish working - turn off the headphones and SP11, and the next day I reconnect the headphones, all Dolby Athmos settings are reset to Default. This phenomenon does not depend on whether the headphones are BT or wired, as well as the brand.I wrote to Dolby

    :)

Dolby Access loading and closes after a minute.

Hi there, I am , a fellow Microsoft user like you.

I understand your frustration. First, please restart your device as it might help with the issue. If the problem persists, you can manually update your audio driver using the Device Manager. Here's a helpful guide: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/upd...

If the issue continues, you can attempt to repair and reset the Dolby Access app. Follow these steps:

    > Press the Windows + I key to open Settings.

    > Click on the "Apps" tab > Click on "Installed apps."

    > Scroll through the app list or use the search bar to locate the Dolby Access app.

    > Click the three-dots menu (...) next to Dolby Access and select "Advanced options."

    > Scroll down to the Terminate section and click on "Terminate."

    > Scroll down to the Reset section, and click on "Repair." Wait for a moment, after that test if it is working.

    > If the issue persists, go back to the same settings, scroll down to the Reset section, and click on "Reset" (confirm the action if prompted).

    > Restart your PC and test.

If you're still facing problems, consider uninstalling the Dolby Access app and reinstalling it from the Microsoft Store. This might resolve any underlying issues.

I hope one of these steps helps you get Dolby Access up and running again. If you have any further questions or run into any issues, feel free to reach out.
