    Dolby Atmos for ROG stopped working

    Dear Siddharth,I'm sorry the suggestions didn't work;

    In that case I recommend you to try the solutions provided on the Dolby website on how to recover a Dolby Atmos license:

    https://kb.dolby.com/access?kid=ka64u000000bmJI...

    If none of that works, I suggest contacting Dolby support;

    Just access the link above and go to the page, clicking on Contact Us;

    Hope this helps, see you soon!

    Dolby Access loading and closes after a minute.

    Hi, thank you for getting back to me. I checked and tested Dolby Access on my Windows 11, and it seems to be stuck on an infinite loading loop. I also searched on other social forums and it appears that the issue is with the Dolby Access app.

    My suggestion is to report this issue to Dolby support so that they are aware of how widespread it is. I understand your frustration, as I'm a Dolby user myself.

    Let's hope they can fix the issue soon.

    Dolby Access wont work - Not supported on this endpoint

    I ALREADY BOUGHT DOLBY ACCESS

    Hi Yvonne,

    We checked the Dolby Access app in the Store, and we found out that Version 2.1.30 & 2.1.31 has a known issue where customers that purchased it can't enable Dolby Atmos for Headphones after the purchase.

    Since you've already provided feedback and contacted Dolby support, we suggest waiting for the app developer to create a fix for this issue. They're already aware of it and it seems they regularly update the app to resolve bugs.

    Don't hesitate to let us know if you have any other concerns.
