Windows 10: Dolby Atmos & Windows 11 sample rate and bit depth

Can anyone explain what sample rate and bit depth Dolby Atmos runs on in Windows 11 when NOT playing Atmos content and Windows is in Atmos mode? It just says "Dolby Atmos for home theater" in the format setting instead of typical sample and bit. That tells me nothing. And what is 11's max hz/bit with Atmos? I'm outputting directly via my GPU RTX 4090 to my LG C2 which eARCs it to my Samsung Q960B.

Unable to change Default Format/sample rate and bit depth

Hi, I have a Lenoov L14 pc, with AMD Ryzen PRO 5675U and Realtek HD sound card.

I can't change the default format/sample rate and bit depth. Is only 16 bit 48.000 Khz.

I have uninstal the preinstalled dolby app and disabled windows spatial sound.

How can I solve the problem?

Dolby Atmos

We would like to confirm if you have check if you Dolby Atmos can be dectect by your computer?

We suggest that you check if its being detected by following these steps:

• At the bottom right side of your screen, where the Time and date can also be located, look for the
  sound icon.
• Right click on the sound icon, a smaill window will pop up with the Sound
  menus.
• Click on the Playback Devices.
• The Sound window will appear with the Playback
  tab.
• Look for Dolby Atmos to make sure that it is properly installed.

If its not on the list in Playback Devices, kindly check if its listed in Device Manager by:

• From the Start menu, type in Device Manager, then
  Enter.
• Then click the Sound, video and game controllers driver.
• Look for Dolby Atmos, then right click on it, then click
  Unintall.
• Once done, remove your Dolby Atmos device and restart you computer.
  

After your computer has restarted and your are in the Desktop screen of your computer, connect your Dolby Atmos device. It should automatically be installed in your computer by giving you prompts. Once successfully installed, kindly check if it is detected
now by you computer in Playback Devices.

I can't change the sample rate and bit depth of my headphones.

I have the Skullcandy Wireless Crusher headphones. I tried playing the new Doom installment, but I can't hear anything once the game starts. After some quick research, I figured out that I needed to change the sample rate and bit depth of my headphones.
However, I cannot change this setting. After changing my computer speaker's sample rate and bit depth, I could get the sound working for them, but I prefer my headphones. How do I fix this issue?
