Windows 10: Dolby digital plus!

I never really know the best settings for Dolby digital plus. I do a lot of voice videos using my web cam and mike. When I play the recordings back, they seem nice and clear but on the low side volume wise. This is with Dolby set to "voice", if I change to "music" setting, the volume increases and the sound seems better, but my voice is distorted! The good news is the people who receive the videos say it sounds clear irrespective of my settings Music or Voice etc. I did not realise until today you could change from voice to music and there is a custom setting as well! Unsure what to leave it

Dolby Advanced Audio and Dolby Digital Plus Advanced Audio

I upgraded to Windows 10. On the Control Panel, both Dolby Advanced Audio and Dolby Digital Plus Advanced Audio are listed.

Neither one is listed in Device Manager. When I click on Dolby Advanced Audio, It says, "Unable to start the Dolby Audio Driver. Restart the computer or reinstall the driver". Clicking on Dolby Digital Plus Advanced Audio the app opens. Do I really need both?
Both are listed on Programs and Features.

 

No bass with Dolby Digital Plus


Doesn't work for me... I own a Lenovo Ideapad 300-15ISK. It seems that when I change form classic to multistream the DDP software doesn't work properly anymore. I have this two situations:

with classic settings on





with multistream settings on




Any suggestions?

 

Dolby Digital Plus audio driver

I keep getting the following msg:

The current Dolby Digital Plus audio driver version is 7.6.4.9 and the software application expects driver 7.5.1.1. Please install a valid driver and software application combination.

When I checked in Control Panel: Programs it lists Dolby Digital Plus audio driver as 7.5.1.1 so where is this update and how do I resolve it.
