Domain Firewall profile stopping outbound RDP to external Server

HelloI am running into an issue where a Windows 10 computer will not allow RDP connection unless the Domain Firewall profile is turned off. They can RDP locally to computers on the domain OK. But now we have to RDP to a 3rd party to access an application and it just times out.I have been through aLl RDP troubleshooting I can find. Changed the firewall rules to allow RDP and ports. Turned off the firewall. But it just times out. Any thoughts or suggestions?

    :)

Outbound rules still show as allowed.

Why do all of the default (pre-defined) MS Firewall outbound rules still show as allowed when I have set outbound connections to block for the Domain, Private and Public profiles? Shouldn't setting outbound connections to block block everything in the outbound list?

  3. windows server 2008 x64 sp2 RDP 5 Cal licence recovery /move from one domain to another domain

    Greetings all,

Could someone tell me what are the correct steps to recovery or to move one rdp 5 cal licence from one server with windows server 2008 r2 x64 that is registered on one domain (offline) to another server with the same version of windows but from a different
    domain?

I deactivated the RDP licence server from the one offline, but i failed to register the licences on the other server. Is there any way to see what is the serial of rdp used to register ton the deactivated server?

    Greetings

    Migrate Locale Profile to Domain

I removed my reply because watching those instructions on TechNet I started wondering if they really work with Windows 10.

Anyway, whatever you try create first a dummy profile, customize it a bit and move it to domain. If everything works, you can then move real profiles.
