I have been entering my Microsoft account password and I noticed these few updates were installed recently which somehow removing fixed my issue. So, if you are facing similar issue, I hope this information finds helpful.

Windows 10 keeps asking to enter the credentials daily at the login screen.

Original Title: Keeps on asking for credential daily

I am using windows 10. Whenever I turn on pc, even after a reboot, windows ask me to enter latest credential and I have to log in again. I have never logged out or changed my password ever. Still it keeps on asking me to log in again and again.

How do I stop this from?

Before assisting further, I would like to ask you few questions:

Are you using Microsoft account to login into the PC?

Did you make any system changes prior to the issue?

You may be facing the above issue due to the some of the corrupted or missing system files present on the computer. Corrupted or missing files may occur due to the presence of virus/malware on the computer.

Method 1: If you are using Microsoft account to login and you have changed the login password of the account, I suggest you to enter the changes password and check if the issue is resolved.

If you are still unable to login, change the login password from the link below and check if the issue is resolved.

Method 2: If the issue still persists, place the PC in
Safe mode boot option by following the steps from the link below and check if similar issue persists.

Safe mode is a diagnostic mode that starts your computer with limited drivers necessary to run Windows. The words
Safe Mode appear at the corners of your monitor to identify which Windows mode you are using.
Safe mode will help in determining if the issue is caused due to any of the hardware components in the PC.

Expand the appropriate option in the link below to boot into Safe Mode:

Restart the PC to exit from Safe mode and start the computer in normal mode.

I am using Microsoft account to log in my pc. I never changed my password or any details before or after logging in. I am able to log in to my pc. But as soon as I log in, It ask me to enter password again in order to use store, Microsoft update, calendar,
etc. My friend is using Windows 10 Home and he is not getting this problem at all. I am using Windows 10 pro.

OneDrive keeps asking for credentials at every boot.

Hi to everybody.
First of all, I know there are a lot of topics regarding this issue. Still, I didn't find anything which could help me.

A few infos:

I'm running the Insider Build 14332, and this problem started to show up since this last installation;

I've already tried to delete my credentials from the Credential Manager, with no luck.

I've noticed this thing: OneDrive is messing up with Windows credentials too. Each time I login with it, Windows 10 keeps asking to verify my account, so I had to follow this guide by Brink to fix the mess.
Now I'm in the situation where my Windows is working, but I can no longer use OneDrive.
Browsing around the internet, I've read that a lot of people are still having this problem (as you can see at this link).
In particular, some people have having this problem (like me): in Credential Manager, the username is being turned in a random alphanumeric string (see the photo).
Any hint to fix this problem?
