Windows 10: Domain users: Desktop Wallpaper turning black.

hello,I am a system administrator for the company i work for. My boss wanted me to add a specific wallpaper for all the computers in our domain. So I activated and changed all the wallpapers with GPO. At the start everything seems to work fine. After a day or two some users complained to me that their desktop turned black.I managed to fix some by using this cmd command :del /F /S /Q %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Themes\TranscodedWallpaper del /F /S /Q %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Themes\CachedFiles\*.* gpupdate /forceBut it didnt work for everyone and now i

Desktop wallpaper for new users

Hi Alaa,

Setting default users lets you specify the wallpaper on user's desktops and prevents other users from changing the image or its presentation. You can check these steps on how to set wallpapers from all users:

• Type run on the search bar and press Enter.
• On the window, type gpedit.msc and click OK.
• Locate and click Administrative Templates.
• Select Desktop > Desktop > Desktop Wallpaper.
• Tick Enabled, and name your wallpaper.
• Select Apply and click OK.

After performing the steps above, you may restart your PC.

Windows 10 Domain computers Getting Black Wallpaper

Dear Team

I have implemented Desktop wallpaper policy for computer after windows update it turned into black. I tried rename transcodewallpaper, deleting cachedimage but no luck if user goes into another network it changes to black. Please give me permanent solution
ASAP.

Desktop wallpaper turns black while dragging cursor on the desktop [WIN 10]

Hi.

I have some problems with my desktop wallpaper. It turns black in any area that my desktop get's updated. For instance when i drag with my mouse to mark several icons on the desktop the area behind the blue marker-area tuns black but not the rest. Or When
i right click and press "update desktop" the whole wallpaper disappears and turns black. Everything works just fine otherwise. (I have a real key for Windows 10 activation).

My rtx 2080 cards drivers are up to date and I have reinstalled them two times.

sfc /scannow tells me nothing is broken.

Plz help.
