Windows 10: "Don't get locked out of your account" message

Discus and support "Don't get locked out of your account" message in AntiVirus, Firewalls and System Security to solve the problem; I keep getting these notifications.     I keep getting these notifications.


    Why would I get locked out of my MS Account? Nothing has changed.


    Is this a phishing thing?

    Admin account locked

    My admin account is locked don,t know how to unlock but have a standard user to login please suggest can I do something from normal user to unlock the admin account.

    Thanks, have heard this before...is their a step by step procedure to OC using the bios settings you suggest.
    i don’t intend pushing this to its limit...but some increase would be great, any suggestions on a good air cooler ?
