Windows 10: don't have power button option

so i just update my laptop and after that everytime i open the lid it always turn on, so i decided to change it and i go to the power option and open power buttons and lid and turns out i don't have the power button action i only have lid open action, what should i do??

The function to turn off the display on your device only affects the monitor but the rest of the programs still run in the background. On the other hand, sleep mode turns off any unused programs to save energy. To change the power option on your device,
follow the steps below:

• Type Control Panel in the search box and press Enter.
• Select Hardware and Sound.
• Select Power Options.
• Select Choose what the power buttons do.
• Under Power and sleep button settings, click the drop-down arrow for

• Click Save changes.

Once you're done, check if the music still plays after clicking the power button.

I does not suggest you to do this, if you insist on this, try the following steps.

1. Open Control Panel
   
2. Find and click System and Security
   
3. Find and click Power Options
   
4. On the left hand, you will see Choose what the power button does and click it
   
5. Click Change settings that are currently unavailable to be able to change the settings
   
6. In When I press the power button, you can choose Do nothing

Method 2: Also I suggest you to create a new power plan and check if it helps.

• Go to control panel and then click on power options.
• Then click on create new power plan.
• Change the power plan accordingly and check.
