Windows 10: dont know windows 10 administrator password

the windows im using was given by a very rude boss and they didn't say what the administrator password is and I need the administrator password a lot and if I ask them they will most likely say "no"

This is pretty much like having a safe and forgetting the code to open it. You would need a locksmith. The simplest solution goes like this:

1. Take the machine to your friendly PC dealer and ask him to reset the password. If he is competent then he can do it in less than 10 minutes. There are other solutions but they are quite complex.
2. Create, test and document a spare local admin account, same as you have a spare house key. Using a single admin account is high-risk stuff, as you just found out!
