    Observed on System: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit, Version 21H2, OS-Build 19044.1586unlike the previous version of Windows most likely 32 bits, DOSBOX cannot run out-of-the box from a fresh installation.configuring the compatibility mode to "windows vista service pack 2" do not help either.when one tries to run DosBox, one would get a frozen state with a black command windows as the following:

    Does 16 bit work yet on a 64 bit windows 10 OS?


    Lmiller 7, I misunderstood Waltc, I didn't read it correctly. I assumed Waltc compiled dos box 64 bit version that ran windows 16 bit programs. I was wrong, sorry.
