Windows 10: Dota 2 cant connect to server and ping always calculating

I experienced this issues since laptop cant connect to WIFI because my ISP told me my router has an update. After that i can connect to wifi but sometimes cant login to steam app and if i play dota 2, if you select "select region" region ping always calculating. I tried how to fix this issue like turn off windows firewall, restore default setting on windows firewall but cant fix this problem and i try to contacting to steam developer and they dont know what happen. Anyone can help me to fix this?

is it just me or DOTA 2 has really big problems regarding their servers. I'm playing Warframe really smoothly with a friend of mine for 3 hours and with Dota 2 I just get really crappy ping.

Also with Warframe, I play on Euro servers and gives me around 100-200ms Ping. On Dota 2 even on local servers I get really high spikes.

Anyone else experiencing this problem?

COD4 - Ping is always 999

Everytime I try to play on online servers the ping sits at 999 if I connect... The servers that I regulary join (with good pings) do not show in the server list and I have to connect via I.P. It seem that it happens during the week and on the weekends its fine...

Is there a fix for this?
