Windows 10: Double billed for Pro account

I purchased Windows 10/11 pro and it did not automatically download so I went in and did it again. I was charged twice for Windows Pro 10/11 now because of this. How do I get a refund on the second one, or use it for another laptop that I also want to upgrade to Pro 10/11?

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

 

Double billing

I used Microsoft Pay and entered my credit card as a payment method. When I purchased a product from Mothercare, I received double billing. One from Mothercare and
the second from Microsoft Store for the same amount. What is it?
