Windows 10: Double Charged For "Candy Crush"

I recently purchased a small game pack for the "Candy Crush" game. The order #: 1950746432. The charge was for $2.99. During the purchase, I got an error message that said "Oops, something went wrong please try again". So I did and the 2nd time it went through Order #:3995964602. The problem is I was charged both times! Once when I received the error message and the 2nd charge for when it was accepted. How do I get a refund for the first charge?

• Can you please describe to us what is happening when you open the Candy Crush app? Are you encountering an error message when accessing the app?

  • Click the gear icon (Setting).
  • Select System.
  • On the left pane, choose About.
• Can you still access your other applications?

Candy Crush Saga

I have administrator account on my mothers HP computer. She can access and open both candy crush and candy soda crush to play with no issues.

I can only access candy soda crush to play.

When I attempt to open candy crush nothing at all happens. I have tried making a new account, no change. I have run the trouble shooter, finds nothing. I have the icon in the apps but it appears to not really be there. No uninstall option appears like it
does for candy crush soda.

Any suggestions. I am not very computer literate

To get the Desktop icon back, open Start Menu on empty desktop, find Candy Crush in All Apps list, left click and drag it off the Start Menu list onto the desktop.
